Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your order. If something is not right, you have 30 days after delivery to ask for a return or refund.

To start a return, email us at support@j2international.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in the original packaging. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back.
